Instructor: Stephanie Y Cheng, PharmD, MPH, BCGP
As a clinical manager at Enclara Pharmacia, Stephanie supports and works with hospice clinical leadership to support initiatives that are in line with their corporate goals. She evaluates metrics and provides clinical support and education to hospice providers and nursing staff. Stephanie has over 8 years of experience in the hospice field as a clinical pharmacist and has extensive experience in global/public health, research analytics, clinical program development, and drug information. She earned a dual degree in Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) and a Bachelor of Science in Pharmaceutical Sciences from Purdue University. In addition, she earned a Master of Public Health (MPH) at Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health and completed one year of medical school at the University of Warwick in England. She also finished a Global Health Research Fellowship in the resource constrained setting of western Kenya through the Academic Model Providing Access To Healthcare (AMPATH), which is a partnership between Indiana University and other American universities, Moi University, and Moi Teaching and Referral Hospital in Kenya. She maintains a Board Certification in Geriatric Pharmacy (BCGP).
