Subject Matter Expert: David Huynh, PhamD
David serves as Clinical Trainer for Enclara Pharmacia, where he provides training for call center staff. He received his education at the Philadelphia College of Pharmacy, and in 2006, started his career at Enclara as a pharmacist with a passion for hospice care. Over the years, David has held varying roles in the company, all with the goal of optimizing support of patients facing terminal illness. He is a lifelong learner who aspires to contribute all of my acquired knowledge, skills and experience to enable hospice patients to comfortably live out the remainder of their lives. His commitment to hospice care is driven by his desire to empower healthcare professionals and caregivers with the information they need to ensure the best possible outcomes for their patients.
Subject Matter Expert: Pooja Joshi, PharmD, BCPS
As a Clinical Manager at Enclara Pharmacia, Pooja is responsible to collaborate with clients to establish clinical program goals, focus on key financial and utilization metrics, clinical data, medication initiatives, and provider and nurse education. She has 20 years of experience as a pharmacist in various fields including 10 years of experience as a clinical pharmacist and clinical pharmacy manager in the hospital setting. Throughout Pooja’s career, she has been continuously involved in the education and training of healthcare professionals and students. Pooja earned her Doctor of Pharmacy degree at the University of Illinois Chicago College of Pharmacy. She completed a 1-year post-graduate pharmacy practice residency program and maintains certification as a Board-Certified Pharmacotherapy Specialist (BCPS).
